Made to Measure Wardrobes

As our made-to-measure items are manufactured bespoke to your sizing requirements, they cannot be returned. If you feel your made-to-measure item is defective, please get in touch with our team.

Standard-Sized Wardrobe Kits

As per our Terms and Conditions, any claims for damaged or missing items must be made in writing via email to info@slidewardrobesdirect.co.uk within 24hrs of the delivery.
Please provide photos of the damage.
Claims for missing items will not be accepted unless stated on the delivery note.
Any claims after this period will not be accepted. Any claims where the delivery note has been signed "received in good condition" will not be accepted.

Standard items ordered in error can be returned within a period of 14 days after delivery, provided they are in a sealed unused /unopened condition, with the original box and in a resalable condition.

Please email us on info@slidewardrobesdirect.co.uk to request a return number and provide the following:

  • Order number
  • Delivery date
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of condition to show the product has not been unpacked and is still in the
    original/ undamaged packaging

The buyer will be responsible for any carriage charges incurred in their return and all items will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.

Any claims made after the product has been fitted will not be accepted.
